Reload Delay Fix for NV Animation Overhaul (and others) ESPless

Fixes the reload delay issue in NVAO and other animation mods.

Fixes the noticeable reload delay after firing a gun that uses looping attack animations. It works on any animation mod that suffers from the same problem as NVAO.
