Made several patches for several older radio mods fixing old issues and adding mono files to use with Tuneable Radios NVSE

List of changes:

1. Added mono files so the radio stations work with game radios, if necessary
2. If necessary, changed the sound paths so it uses SONGS instead of VOICE, as mono lookups don't work in voice.

Among other changes.

If, on the other hand, you want to integrate the patch into your mod, feel free to do so, too. I just edited the files.
