As if it weren't enough for Caesar's Legion to be the most awful faction in the wastes from a worldbuilding standpoint, they're also the whiniest towards a neutral character. This mod changes that by gating the infamous topics such as "WATCH YOURSELF, PROFLIGATE", "DEGENERATES LIKE YOU BELONG ON A CROSS", among others, behind negative reputation, instead of purely neutral.
Now the Legionnaires will just be dismissive instead of whiny.
