For stability reasons, I had to move away from DarnUI, and one of the most common issues I've seen with VUI+ is the lack of a dialog background.
Since I consider it essential under certain scenes as it provides much needed contrast, I readded the background.
Made to be used with Vanilla UI+ only, I haven't tested other mods.
You can configure it however you like by editing the included xml.
