Overview:
This tiny esp-free mod simply gives the generic settlers in Goodsprings and Primm unique names.
Made on commission.
There was originally scripting to change the names of the bighorners in Goodsprings, but regardless of method, they would all end up with the same name, so the naming was extended from just Goodsprings to Primm to round out the function for the commissioned work.
