Overview:
This is a small esp-free file that prohibits lockpicking and hacking while you have a weapon or your fists out.
This is mostly just a change for immersion, since if you have a weapon or fists out, you can literally see your hands not performing the action.

Regular installation.
Recommended Companion Mod:
Immersive Minigame Tweaks will accomplish the same goal when using Immersive Minigames as well.
