The Courier Shot First - Killing Joe Cobb Starts Gunfight

Overview:

This small file will initiate the Ghost Town Gunfight Powder Ganger assault if you kill Joe Cobb before the attack starts.

In vanilla, there's no reason not to instantly ice Joe Cobb when you see him in the saloon for the first time, or anytime before the gunfight starts, really. Doing so reduces their numbers for the fight by 1, takes the only guaranteed PG to be wielding a .357 out of the fight, and there's no negative consequences.

With this file, killing him will result in the attack starting immediately.

Please note that this initial release (0.9) is considered a beta. I tested it out, and things seem to work fine, but it's likely that there's shenanigans that haven't been accounted for.
