Fallout Tactics Brotherhood Metal Armor Mesh Gore Cap Fix

Overview:

This is a simple addition of gore caps to the Fallout Tactics Brotherhood Metal Armor meshes. They aren't placed perfectly, but it does allow for severing and exploding limbs to have relatively normal effects.
