Edit Script - Fix Initially Disabled Flag and Enable Parent Illegal Flag Combo

Overview:

This x/FNVEdit script will simply remove the Initially Disabled Flag and Enable Parent illegal flag combo that some cleaning tools replace "deleted" records with, which can cause stability issues.

Some people say this is a problem, some don't. I prefer to be safe and run this on mods which have entries with this flag combo.

Requirements:

xEdit or FNVEdit.

Installation:

Place the script in your Edit installation directory's Edit Scripts folder.

Credits:

Created by zilav, I just deleted one line from it to make it apply to all placed references instead of just objects with the LOD flag.
