Non-Hardcore Non-Zero Need Values Bandaid

Overview:

I often forget to add a hardcore mode check when applying hardcore needs increases in mods, because I usually forget that non-hardcore is a thing.This tiny scriptrunner will simply clear your hardcore needs when you load a save, or go through any loading screen, if they aren't zero.

Note: this is a band-aid for circumstances of oversight by mod authors, not a fix. I should really remember to condition for hardcore when I do things that affect needs, I just forget, and this file is provided as a bandaid to slap on until things are fixed to be conditioned like they should. As such, I don't recommend having this installed at all times.

This file can be enabled and disabled freely when you run into a hardcore need oversight in a mod until it's fixed by the author, and that's the use case I recommend, rather than having it turned on at all times.

Compatibility:

Possibly incompatible with mods which provide hardcore features piecemeal, but I'm not sure.

Under The Hood:

This is a gl_ scriptrunner, so it runs anytime the game loads, which I believe to be when any save loads, or when you go through loading screens, though the latter may not be true. I think it is.
