Overview:
TTW's night vision goggles seem to only make the screen green, and not any brighter or easy to see. This scriptrunner makes them tangibly increase visibility in the dark.
Customization:
Tweak the value at the end of the line in the txt file and save it to change the brightness adjustment.

Compatible with TTW 3.3
Incompatible with 3.2.2, NVG weren't present before 3.3.
It sounds like a fix to this issue will be included in the next TTW update.
