Overview:
This is a rebalanced plugin for Banana5uicide's FNV Anim Set Webley Revolver. TTW is supported, the reload animation plays faster (check videos tab for example), the weapon has been rebalanced somewhat, and the leveled list integration has been redone. It will be relatively common during the early game, making it a powerful and common weapon, with lower durability and a slow reload to balance it out.
Requirements:
FNV Anim Set - Webley Revolver is required.
Installation:
Install the original file.
Install this file, overwriting if prompted.
Compatibility:
Internally patched for S6S Perks
Credits:
Banana5uicide made the original animations and esp.
PaddyOtaku did the model.
Permissions:
Do whatever. If Banana5uicide would like to make this plugin available on their page, they are perfectly free to do so; I just didn't offer this to them because my reload speed change probably didn't abide their taste.
