Overview:
Put simply, this replaces *all* instances of radio songs with blank mp3s of a moderate length. This, when combined with turning radio volume to zero, should result in a safe experience from DMCA for streamers. TTW and NV are both covered. No modded radios are covered.
Having the blank file be multiple minutes long helps avoid the radio constantly cycling between voice clips.
Make sure this loads last in your file priority for safety.
