CFWR - 2mm Base Gauss Rifle Setter

This is just a little esp-free scriptrunner addon to CFWR to make the regular NV Gauss Rifle and the YCS/186 use CFWR's 2mm EC ammo.

They still visually use the MFC cell. I don't plan to do anything about that, it would be a big hassle.

Automatic TTW compatibility, but the Anchorage Gauss Rifle is not covered. Neither the wasteland, or simulation versions. This is because it would have huge issues with restocking ammo during that segment, and I don't want to do the bunch of work required to make it work. It says Gauss Rifle Prototype as it's name anyway, so there's at least some reason for the discrepancy.
