Overview:
This is a simple port of Infirmary Overhaul by MrSlackPants, with some upgrades. The message text simply conveys information instead of asking questions, some fades and sound effects have been added, the cancel buttons are at the bottom of the menu, and game time will be passed when the infirmary is used.

TTW is also no longer required, for either download. No functionality has been lost, and compatibility with base NV has been gained.
