Make the Mysterious Magnum's signature twang less frequent! Plays on holster/unholster the first time, and around a 12% chance after this per session.

The MM is a great weapon and has a cheesy spy sound when you equip/unequip/holster/unholster it. But this gets old really fast, especially if you switch from long range/pistol/melee a lot like a lot of players do. This doesn't replace the sound entirely, but simply makes it playing a random chance.
The chance is 1 in 8 after the initial play and it ONLY plays on holster/unholster - not equip any more.
And of course, a scriptless wonder to temper your esp anxiety that's not really a problem nowadays :)
