Loading Wheels NVSE

Details:

Replaces the loading screen roulette wheel with faction-appropriate variants based on your destination. Traveling to Camp McCarran? NCR wheel. Entering The Fort? Legion wheel. Random wasteland location? One of several wasteland variants picked at random.

Features:

1. Location-aware loading screens - wheel changes based on where you're going.
2. Falls back to random "wasteland" variants for neutral locations or ones we may have missed.
3. Optional "random only" mode via INI if you don't want location matching.
4. Works on map fast travel and door transitions as well as savegame loading
5. COC hook will be added later
6. Source code on GH will be linked to once I add COC hook

Adding Your Own Variants:

Create a folder in:

with any name. Inside, add one or more of these DDS files:

1. load_roulette_wheel.dds
2. load_roulette_ball.dds
3. load_roulette_bars.dds

Folder naming matters for location matching:

1. NCR - NCR locations (camps, Hoover Dam, etc…).
2. The Legion - Caesar's Legion locations.
3. House - Strip casinos, Lucky 38.
4. BoS - Brotherhood of Steel base and safe house.
5. Great Khans - Red Rock Canyon.
6. Boomers - Nellis AFB.
7. Followers - Followers of the Apocalypse
8. Fiends - Vault 3, South Vegas etc…
9. PG - Powder Gangers camps, prison, Vault 19.
10. Independent - Freeside
11. Wasteland* - Any folder starting with "wasteland" is used for neutral locations.

You don't need all three textures - missing ones will use vanilla.

INI Options

Set to 1 to ignore location matching and always pick randomly. Then you can add your own wheels as mentioned above.
