Immersive Weapon Switching NVSE

As requested by the "Nicest Guy in Modding (c)" dhert

Play an unequip animation before equipping a new one outside of the pip-boy.

Very simple mod that plays the unequip animation before playing the equip one.

In vanilla your currently equipped weapon just sort of disappears rather than is unequipped.

This is a request fill so no need to say it's slow or annoying, I get it. It is. But it's IMMERSIVE!

Credit to lStewieAl for seemingly starting this in Tweaks and then abandoning it. I found it after a request from dhert and finished the job.
