Explosive Gore (ESPless)

Explosives weapons such as:

- Fat Man

- Missile launcher

- Dynamite

- Grenades

will all proc the impact

The chance is a base 50%, but this is configurable in the ini.

The player is by default excluded, but this is configurable in the ini.

No damage, balance or gameplay changes are made. This does one thing: dismembers and optionally explodes limbs on death. The original mod had some workarounds that procced on hits or explosive hits.

This mod ONLY affects someone hit with an explosive that would die from the hit. This means it's unaffected by any of Stewie's Tweaks or balance mods that affect XP or splash damage (well, certainly not directly anyway).
