Removes the crazy 50 melee requirement from Lead Pipes and The Humble Cudgel. Simple scriptrunner. No more to it really, download it or move on.
This lowers the requirement to 0 in line with other similar melee weapons.
If there's any TTW versions I've missed let me know and I'll add them.
