Description

This mod allows you to buy cybernetic implants from Doctor Usanagi of the Followers of the Apocalypse for humanoid companions, upgrades for Rex from Doctor Henry up in Jacobstown and upgrades for ED-E can be made by Veronica, so long as you pay for the materials. The implants/upgrades are the same as the ones you can buy for yourself albeit buffed slightly, as giving an NPC a single point in a SPECIAL stat is basically worthless, the upgrades and bonuses are as follows.

Strength: Increase Strength by 1, carry weight by an additional 50 and melee/unarmed damage by 5%. Cost: 4000

Perception: Increase Perception by 1 and increase accuracy and damage with explosive and energy weapons by 10%. Cost: 4000

Endurance: Increase Endurance by 1 as well as health by 50 and DR by 10. Cost: 4000

Charisma: Increase Charisma by 1, improved confidence in combat. Their more charming presence also nets you a 5% discount from merchants. Cost: 4000

Intelligence: Increase his Intelligence by 1 and providing a +5 to all skills. Cost: 4000

Agility: Increase Agility by 1 and boosts movement speed by 5%. Also boosts accuracy and damage with conventional guns by 10%. Cost: 4000

Luck: increase Luck by 1 and critical damage by 10%. Cost: 4000

DT Boost (Sub-Dermal Armor): Increase DT by 4. Cost: 8000

Passive Health Regeneration (Monocyte Breeder): Heal 1 HP every 10 seconds. Cost: 12000 (yes, it's really this bad in the base game)

In case you don't know who the default companions are: Arcade, Boone, Cass, ED-E, Lily, Raul, Rex and Veronica.

Companions can only handle a certain number of implants/upgrades before there bodies/systems can't take any more, just like the player, this is equal to there base Endurance. For example Arcade can only handle 4 while Lily can take 8.

This mod is fully voiced with the correct vanilla voice for each NPC.
