Overview:

With various mod setups, NCRCF can often be chock full of Powder Gangers, which often results in them wiping out the NCR troopers tasked with retaking the prison during I Fought The Law's conclusion.

This small mod improves their gear and stats so that they have a solid chance to succeed.
