INCOMPATIBLE WITH OTHER RUG MODS
Due to the way I implemented the new normals by changing the texture references, this won't work with other rug mods due to the changes in the meshes.
Speaking of mesh changes, the Khan rugs' UV maps and implementation are terrible. So those are completely scrapped for a custom new mesh.
