Replaces the giant concrete rectangle in the middle of the Scrapyard with service buildings. Overall fits the aesthetic of the scrapyard better. New structures include thematic and appropriate interiors for the locations that react with day/night lighting and are appropriately cluttered. Opens up a new shortcut, fully navmeshed.
