Paint the town red, blood splats, splatters and pools re-imagined in high quality 4K, 2K and 1K textures. Bloodbath aims to deliver a visceral and gore heavy take on blood textures. Visual changes include darker blood decals, sharp and messy splatters, and slight alpha blending depending on the blood spilled. Watch in shock and awe as a 10mm round rips through the skull of a fiend and decorates the asphalt in brain matter. In addition to replaced textures, some game setting tweaks have been made in an attempt to allow blood to have more of a presence on the battlefield. These changes include making blood have a high chance to spill on impact, as well as increasing blood dismemberment decals.
Incompatible with other mods that retexture blood, partially compatible with other mods that expand upon blood and gore. Generally, load this below such mods so these textures take priority over other mods.
