Overhauls character creation by making it quicker, smoother, and adding new starting gear based on tagged skills and traits.
Features:
Doc Mitchell no longer says the line "Huh. Can't say it's what I'd have picked for you. But if that's your name, that's your name." after picking a name, as the line felt awkward to me. This line can be re-enabled in the INI file.
The Vigor Tester now brings up a condensed SPECIAL menu where the player can allocate all points on one menu, rather than flipping through all of the pages. This original Vigor Tester can be re-enabled in the INI file.
By default, the entire psych evaluation is also skipped. The player is instead prompted to pick tagged skills and traits after completing the SPECIAL allocation, and Doc Mitchell will walk you to the door from there. The exam can be re-enabled in the INI file.
Wild Wasteland is now an opt-in feature similar to Hardcore Mode, rather than being a trait that costs a trait slot during character creation.
The player will be assigned specialized starting gear based on their tagged skills and chosen traits. Gear has been carefully balanced to not disrupt early-game balance.

Instructions
Install with mod manager as normal. Load order should not matter, but it is always recommended to use xEdit to determine any necessary conflict resolution or load order adjustments.
