In Fallout New Vegas, Obsidian added the possibility to be bisexual through gender affinity based perks. Fallout 3 has similar perks, however they're locked to only be accessible for male or female through a gender-check condition on the perk. Quite simply, this mod removes that condition and changes the perk description slightly to imply you can be bisexual if you so choose to. this also works in the way of being gay, or lesbian.
